Another Day at the Office

Hi everyone! I've just realised that we can post blogs at Blogspot by using
emails! Heheh... You see, Technip doesn't allow its staffs to use the
Internet in the office, except for certain people who really must use the
Internet for work purposes. Thus, it disallows me to blog from the office.
Blogging from the office saves me time, helps you guys to be able to keep
yourselves up-to-date with my activities, while at the same time helps me
kill time when I'm sooo bored! ;)

I'm not sure whether this "blogging from the email" will work as expected,
but I'm just hoping it would...

Okay, to start things off, what happened since my last post? Well, nothing
much. I went out to OU with my girlfriend and we watched The Jacket (which
was not as good a movie as I expected). I think it would've been better if
we watched Guess Who. I guess, that's for a next time...

Then, on Sunday, my father and I cleaned up my room. Well, it's not THAT
untidy to begin with, but we need it to be spick and span in order to make
it as homely as possible for my brother and sister-in-law to live in for
the next 1 month or so. FYI, they're coming back from the UK this Sunday
due to some unforseen circumstances (something about their VISA or so). And
consequently, my parents are going to hold a wedding reception for the both
of them, since they didn't have a chance to do that when my brother and
sis-in-law got married (they married in the UK, that's why). I'm not sure
whether I can invite my friends over. I'll ask them first. If they do allow
it, I'll post an invite here. Coz I'm not sure yet whether they intend to
make this reception a simple, family affair thingy or a grand one. But by
the looks of it, it sure seems like being something grand. Well, not as
grand as if they were holding a wedding reception just after a marriage. I
guess, that'll be my turn later. :P

But preparations for this wedding reception sure is hectic! We had to rush
ourselves because my brother notified of his intentions to come back to
Malaysia just a few weeks ago! What's worse is that he cannot stay too long
in Malaysia. He must go back to the UK (due to work obligations) in June.
Only about a month or so of preparations. Mana tak hectic!

While tidying up my room on Sunday, I realised that the whole room was damn
dusty! I coughed and sneezed and watery-eyed my way through it all and
helped put away many things that I think my brother will not use anymore. I
hope after this, the room will be a whole lot tidier and cleaner than
before.

Hmmm... I guess that's just it for now. I really should go and continue
doing the assignments my supervisor gave me. And along the way learn more
new things.
