Woohoo! A new computer!

I have a new computer now! Yess... and what a step up in performance it is. From an Athlon XP 1800+ to an Athlon XP 2800+. For those of you not in the know, that means an improvement of something like Pentium 4 1.8 GHz to Pentium 4 2.8 GHz. Definitely a huge step up in performance, and I noticed that some of my games perform delectably well, especially NBA Live 2004 which now does not stutter while in play. Other than that, my monitor's size has also been upgraded from 14" to 17". It'll help my eyes, that's for sure. However, it's just a CRT monitor, but at least it's free...

Equally important is that I got all this for free! Yes, free! It's coz this all is from my YTN loan. A loan which I potentially won't have to pay back, as long as I perform well in my studies. Definitely an incentive for me to perform very good.

Hmm... just watched Porto beat Deportivo in a Champion's League semifinal. I don't mind them doing that though, coz I'm not supporting any of the remaining teams. I'm an Arsenal supporter and since Arsenal are out of the Champion's League already, I won't care which team wins the trophy. But it sure is refreshing to see a small team winning the Champion's League instead of seeing the footballing giants like Real, AC Milan, Bayern, and so on winning the title. What's equally good is seeing Man U going out of the Champion's League! Hehehe... I'm an anti-Man U supporter, that's why I'm saying this. :D

You know what? I think I've improved my basketball skills these past few weeks... I must say that ever since I started my holidays, I've played basketball (on my own, unfortunately) at least twice a week. I dunno the reality of it, whether I truly have improved since I haven't yet played against another person except Leman (my Uniten friend). Nevertheless, this weekend I have a huge opportunity to show Shah how I have improved greatly ever since I keluar Alam Shah. Hehehe... Shah, be ready man! I'm gonna show you every single skill that I have learned. And hopefully you'll be my teammate masa Adidas 3-on-3 nanti okay?

About my website, my dear friends (or strangers ;)), I at first ingat nak buat using the online tools provided by Tripod. But when I think back at it, I feel that that wouldn't be great. I pun rasa I'm gonna just buat a site using Dreamweaver MX 2004 la, a program I just got that'll help me create a website. Unfortunately, I'm absolutely new to HTML and don't know a single thing about web design. So... I have to learn la everything that I can from the tutorials provided by Dreamweaver. That's why it's taking me so long to publish my site. Hope you guys and gals will patiently wait ok? The address is still http://blankerroo.blogspot.com. Wait for it ok everyone?

There you have it: a long winded post of the recent events happening in my life. Is that satisfactory? Hehehe... Well, if my site is always visited by people, I'll make sure I post always la. Okay?
