Cuti-cuti Malaysia...

Alloo everyone! Hmm... 4 days have passed since I actually wrote a blog entry. And much have happened, I must say. The reason, as I've said previously, of not updating my blog is because I wasn't at home. And when I got home, I felt tired and didn't feel like writing up a blog entry. Well, at least now I'm free and ready to write.

Last Monday my family and I went to a place called Bukit Tinggi. Anyone heard of it? I'm sure most of you haven't. I also didn't know a thing about that place until I went there. It's situated somewhere near Genting Highlands. Generally, the place is sort of like a golf and country club place, but it also has a resort situated there. That was where we stayed. All in all, it was a good enough trip in terms of relaxation, but in terms of enjoyment and fun, not much could be gained. I mean, the place is just for people who loves to walk around and enjoy greenery and such. I'm not that kind of person, so it's a bit boring for me. But the hotel room was spacious and cool, so you won't hear any qualms about the rooms from me.

We stayed there for just 2 days and a night. The only places that we went while we were there are the faux Japanese village (no one's living there, it's just sort of like an exhibition) and a Rabbit Park. The Japanese village was a place full of flowers, shrubbery, rivers filled with huge fishes, and so on. It was quite scenic, but as I said, I have not much interest in these things. The Rabbit Park, on the other hand, was actually a fun place to be in, if you're still a kid, that is. Coz there, they let loose their rabbits and we can just go to any rabbit that we like and feed it with food purchased from the Park's counter, play with it, lift it, stroke it, and so on. But I'm no longer into that anymore, so it's kind of so-so la. But still, those rabbits are cute! :)

Yup, that's all then. Nothing much after that. I don't find it a very interesting trip. But at least it was relaxing. On to other things...

Recently, I just found out that this coming Saturday and Sunday, 12-13 June 2004, there's an open qualifying session for three games at Sunway Pyramid. The three games are Counter-Strike, Warcraft III, and Pro Evolution Soccer 3 (PES3). This qualifying session is going to be held to choose people to represent Malaysia for the E-sports World Cup 2004 (ESWC) event which will be held around August or so, if I'm not mistaken, in France. Of course, being the PES3 junkie that I am, I will be trying my luck in the PES3 game category of course. What's more, I feel like having a huge chance of qualifying for the finals, since Batuk, Chaon and Kelabi (hahaha... kelabi, cakap la kat batuk pasal ni!), the three hardest and most skilled opponents I've ever played against while playing this game, are not yet back in Malaysia. They're the ones I feel that have a huge chance of winning this tournament. Without them I still have a huge chance la, provided I won't meet anyone as or more skilful as them! Hopefully I'll win and go to France for free! Wish me luck! :)

By the way, do anyone of you all want to buy a Celcom prepaid starter pack? It's the Euro Limited Edition version. I'll gladly sell to you one at the same price as the one sold in stores (or give you a discount if you really want it). I want to sell it because when I register for the ESWC, I will be paying RM80 for registration fees and I'll get the starter pack for free, among other goodies. But I already have my Hotlink account and don't intend to switch to Celcom. So, if any of you want that pack, do contact me okay?

That's all, a long, winding post...
