Another Update

Got another call from another company, with regards to my internship application. This time, it's Kah Bintang Auto. From what I've heard from a few of my friends, it's a company with a car showroom and workshop. I guess, if I were to be an intern there, I would be learning about car repair and maintenance then. But my friend also said that we might be able to test drive some cars. Hahah! I'd like to test drive a Porsche then! But I guess that's out of the question, as if I'm not mistaken, the Malaysian dealer for Porsche is Naza Motors.

Anyway, the woman on the end of the line said that I have already secured a place to be an intern with them. Woohoo! Didn't think it was this easy. If I knew it's this easy all along, I would've went for internship last year. Then I won't have to waste my time graduating a bit late.

But seriously, I will put this offer on hold first, at least until I know the results of all my other applications. I'm definitely gunning for Exxonmobil, but if I were to get an offer at any one of the factories that I applied to, that's still okay. Well, it's because I'm not that inclined to learning about automobiles. It's useful, yes, but somehow I find that my true calling is actually in the realm of energy and power: basically thermodynamics related field of mechanical engineering. But if there were no other options, I'm not gonna be a fool and reject Kah's offer. Any experience is always better than no experience at all.

And you know what? I forgot to mention this earlier, but my weight has increased! Over the period of the past Raya Aidiladha, my weight has reached a point that it has never reached for the past 4 years: 60 kg! Normally I'd maintain my weight at around 58 kg only, but I dunno how my body was able to be that heavy. I just hope it's due to an increase in muscle mass... yeah... NOT! ;)

Oh, so now that explains why I lately feel heavier than usual...
