Rich Gold Crust Pizza? Come On...!!
Monday, March 07, 2005 My friend and I went to Low Yat Plaza today. My friend went there just to accompany me while surveying prices for MP3 players and buying some music CD's and movie DVD's. I on the other hand, went there with the intention of replacing my old printer cartridge with a new one. Well, I didn't know that "compatible" types of printer cartridges are equally good compared to an original! All this while, I've been buying (and wasting money!) original ones, which are so very expensive. Next time, I'll make it a point to buy only these compatible printer cartridges. I also bought myself 100 blank Imation CD-R's for me to burn my downloaded files, and a Playstation controller converter so that I can play PES4 and WE8 against another player using the same computer. We then went to have lunch at Pizza Hut, and we tried the new Rich Gold Crust Pizza. What a waste. I don't think it's great. At all. I prefer the old Cheesy Crust pizzas, where the cheese was inside the crust. You see, this Rich Gold Crust Pizza has a combination of cheddar and mozarella cheese on its crust, but the letdown is the "Golden Ring of Sweetness" thingy! That supposed "Golden Ring" is just yam! (keladi) Or at least something that tastes like yam. It totally brings down the whole pizza taste, making it taste weird, and makes you feel really muak. I ate only 2 slices of it and felt full (normally I would eat 3 slices at least!).  The highlighted parts taste weird!
I tell you, it's a total scam. Don't go wasting your money on it. By the way, Berjaya Times Square's parking rates have went up. Make sure you guys know that. It's now paid at hourly rates, RM2 for the first hour and RM1 per hour thereafter. Fortunately they at least have the decency to ensure the maximum rate that they can charge is RM4, so if you park for more than 2 hours, you'll only pay RM4. But it's still a hike from the previous rate of RM3 on weekdays. Weekends? Hmmm... I forgot to have a look. Maybe next time. Hey, thanks for your suggestions in my previous post guys.
